Not able to print even though printer recognized

If you haven't done this, go to the printer manufacturers
website and see if there is an XP driver.

I have reloaded the print software and printer is
recognized but I cannot print. I keep receiving an error
message stating that there is an error and have sent it
to MS but no repsonse yet. Can anyone help me?

I have rebooted the system too.
