Slow connection speed

I have 3 computers on a linksys wireless (802.11b)
network. Two of the computers connect to the internet at
3000+kb, the third will only connect at 400kb.

I have deleted winsock and winsock2, reinstalled the
TCP/IP stacks and still have not been able to improve the
connection speed.

Anybody have any other ideas?
