Default Installing printer from different subnet

I need to install network printer (attached on computer XP in different
subnet) on Server (2003)
Server subnet 192.168.0
another computer 192.168.1

I can ping computer, but install the printer on that computer NO!
The error is: The network path was not found
Share is enable for that printer.
I manage to install a different printer from same subnet (just one, 5 to go)
I am connected with another subnet by sDSL link (VPN).

Can I do something to see computers from another subnet in My Network Places
list?

Please help...
