command line printing options?

Hi everyone. I'm trying to figure out how to change the default
options when printing images from the command line.

Basically, I need to print jpgs "Cropped and rotated to fit." I can
only get it to print "centered and rotated to fit." The difference is
subtle, but the dimensions of the media we're printing on is slightly
different than the pictures coming off the camera, so Windows puts
white bars at the top and bottom of the pictures.

I am using the following command in a batch file:
rundll32.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\shimgvw.dll,ImageView_PrintTo /pt
"%1" "Sony CX-1 Series".

%1 is the image name passed to the batch file from another program.
Are there any additional arguments that will change the default
output? I have no problem changing registry values if needed.
