Default Automatic appliation size and position at startup

HI everyone first post!!

I would like to click on a shortcut/startup and run some sort of script
or something so I can start some windows explorers at the right
directory in the right position and the right size.

Basically I want four windowse explorers to fill my screen at the right
place, size and dir position.

Is there anythign I can do to get that
