Default How do you change default search options in windows XP

How do you change default search options in windows XP. Specifically how do
you change the default "look in:" value. We would like to search the H Drive
by default. Currently the local drives are searched by default. I am thinking
this should be a registry change but have been unable to find it. Any help
would be appreciated.

This will fix our problem but what we really wanted to do was change the
default value every time our users click on start...search...for files and
folders. Is there a way to do that. Please let me know if you have any
thoughts.
