Default My Network Places is not accessable

Hello,

I have around 20 Sytems(Windows XP) and One Active Directory Domain
Controller Server (Windows Server 2003) installed. I have just add one more
Network card in our Ad Server. After that our client computers are not able
to access entire network through My network Places. While accessing our
network showing error message "you might not have permission to access
network resource. Access denied"

Anybody please help
