Windows Update HID Non-User Input Data Filter does not update
I have a Microsoft Wireless Notebook Optical Mouse 4000 . Every time
I need to use it, my Windows XP SP3 constantly can not install the drivers. Windows Update shows a "driver" update but it never installs. How can I fix this?

No. My "primary" mouse is a Razer Lachesis mouse and their drivers state not to have any other mice "enhanced" drivers. I have tried the mouse on different PCs and it loads the default XP HID driver correctly.
