How to fix microsoft internet faxing for windows XP?

Missing dll file fsxcom.dll. tried download, no good.? I tried to download the dll file from several sites, to no avail. I didn't get an XP service pack 2 disc with my pc. Is there a program I can buy that will use its own dlls and fix this problem.
