Default Problem displaying 'All Programs'

the window which pops up after clicking StartAll Programs which is
a white box with three columns. I have too many programs and they all
do not display. How can I customize this box so I can possibly view
all or more of my installed programs?
TIA

Create folders and group similar items.
e.g. Create folders like Apps, Multimedia, Printers etc. and move the
relevant folders or shortcuts into each.
You will probably have to do it for the current user and All Users by
right-clicking the Start Button and first selecting Explore and later
selecting Explore All Users.

I keep mine down to one column.

One idea is to create folders to put like programs together. For
example one for games, one for utilities, and another for applications.
Though honestly if you have so many programs installed that you can't
see them all in the startup menu, isn't it time to remove a few things?
After all you aren't using all of these, right?
