Hi,

Some additional information could help identifying the problem. Based on
what you indicate, however, I'm going to guess this is an error you get
when trying to go to the Windows Update site. This was the most common
situation I found when researching the error you indicate. If this is the
case, I would try the following procedure to re-register a DLL:

1. Click Start, and then click Run.

2. In the Open box, type "regsvr32 /u inseng.dll" (without the
quotation marks), and then click OK.

3. When you receive the message that states that DllUnregisterServer in
Inseng.dll succeeded, click OK.

4. Click Start, and then click Run.

5. In the Open box, type "regsvr32 inseng.dll" (without the quotation
marks), and then click OK.

6. When you receive the message that states that DllRegisterServer in
Inseng.dll succeeded, click OK.

7. Restart the computer.
