Default ? How to make a printer available to network users ?

OS: Windows XP Professional
Ssubject: Making available a network printer through an
XP system for all users who log on to the XP system.

I have a printer connected to a Server (in another
location). Within a small office (medical facility), a
Windows XP Pro system, which many of the staff use log
on. I'd like to have the printer show up as a usable
device to anybody who logs on to this computer without
the requirement of the user to setup this printer. As it
is right now, each user needs to setup the printer and in
the office environment its not working out.

An upfront Thank You to all who reply...TJ
