USB Device Not Recognized
Trying to install a Lexmark X63 All-in-one printer, and
computer (Dell) will not recognize it after connecting to a USB port. Message reads USB Device Not Recognized. Tried Lexmark fix concerning standby and hybernation disabling. Didn't work. Microsoft says it's a problem with the manufacturer, Dell. Dell says it's a software problem with Windows XP Home Edition. HELP! and many thanks. Joyous |

USB Device Not Recognized
Did you install the Lexmark software BEFORE connecting the All in One unit
to the PC? If not, uninstall everything you installed and start again. http://www.coribright.com/Windows/Article%20One.htm Cari www.coribright.com "Joy" wrote in message ...
