Default Internet date and time retention in XP Pro.

Having problem with current date and time on certain aol
web pages on administor account only.If I switch to a
different user account it works as it should.
When I go to check current TV listings on the welcome
screen, it always comes up on July 23, 8:00 pm. I can
manually reset it each time, but it had always retained my
settings before, opening at the current date and time.
When I change to a different user, its ok so I know its
not aol but must be a setting in the adminisrators
account. Can only restore sytem back to July 24th. not the
end of the world, but its driving me nuts that i can't
correct this
