Default Lost the use of my fax monitor

I appear to have lost the use of my fax monitor.

It has worked fine for years but now despite being ticked it does not appear
and if IO manually open it has no details.

I have recently upgraded to Norton 2004, I remember having problems with fax
and norton2003 and had to make a rule, Norton this time appeared to sort its
self out, but I have no monitor.

Help please

Does the problem still exist if you uninstall Norton 2004? If it does not
exist when Norton is not on your system, contact Norton.
