Print buffer

Just some information needed.

Sometimes I need to delete files in the print que. I
easily navigate to the printer and do a CANCEL ALL
DOCUMENTS with no problems. Often the job in service
takes 10 to 15 minutes to cancell. Why so long? Is
there any way to speed up the process?
