Default printing from XP to HP 1300

Hi,

Recently I installed HP 1300 under XP. I had WIN98
previousely. I changed PC as well as printer.

I used to highlight some important part in Excel sheet and
print it out to recognize it clearly.

Since I change to XP and HP 1300, I can not print out as
clear as before and the highlighted part is ver light and
almost unrecignizable.

I checked the Print set up and I set up Dark, & 1200, but
still the same.

Can you help me, please

Millions thanks

Ta

You really need to ask this in an Excel newsgroup, I don't think it's a
printer problem, I think it's an Excel one.
