Default Unable to remove program

I am unable to remove program and keep getting message:
Support file cannot be installed---The system cannot find
the specifiied file.

How can I remove this program permanetly form my computer?

That depends.

If it's a legitimate program, reinstall it, reboot, then try uninstalling it
again. If that doesn't work, contact the program's technical support group
for assistance.

If it's a virus, adware or spyware...good luck. They are not designed to
uninstall cleanly. These might help:
