Default Malicious Script has locked up my keyboard

Hi, I need some advanced troubleshooting here, hope
someone can help. My keyboard has been locked up on my
Laptop by a Malicious Script( i don't know how i got it,
maybe email), but anyways it was detected by Norton Anti-
Virus and i did what it said to do which was to stop it.
It didn't ask me to quarantine or anything like that, so
i just went ahead and did the recommended choice. To no
avail, it didnt work.

Ok, I don't know what to do at this point. I cannont
enter any keys (F1,F2,a,b,c,1,23..etc.) on my keyboard.
My mouse does work though, but that does me no good if i
can't use my keyboad.

Solutions i tried:

1. Using Recovery Console (RC) to reinstall. Tried
working off the CD to use RC but that doesn't work.
Besides, you need the keyboard to enter the operating
system, and then password. So that solution didn't
work.

2. Tried using adware software such as Spybot, stinger,
etc. DID NOT WORK.

3. Tried to use advanced startup options (last known
good configuration, etc..), but can't use my keyboard
again to enter, F1 or esc.

Possible causes, but are not the reasons:

1. Failed drivers for keyboard (tried
uninstalling/reinstalling, no avail)

Now i can't even log on to my system. I am dual booting
with W2k Server and using my mouse, i went into the
Control Panel and switched my hardware to detect my W2k
operating first instead of XP Pro. I did this hoping my
keyboard wouldn't be affected using this operating
system. BUT, i need to hit CTRL + ALT + Delete to log
on, didn't work, and now i can't even log on. Im stuck
there. No way to get onto my computer.

Think someone can help me? Would appreciate it.
