Windows running low on virtual memory

Default Windows running low on virtual memory

In the last few days when I log in, it takes forever to
open the internet or outlook. I keep getting the
message 'windows is running low on virtual memory'. Can
anybody help.

u are too low on ram u for xp u should have at least 128 MB RAM and best if
u have 256 MB total
