Default Make a new partition

I have a harddisk that i want to partion. I had XP Pro before and in it was it just to go in to administration tools then rightklick on the harddisk you wanted to partion. But in XP Home it isn't . So i wonder if someone knows what the problem is or if it'
s possible to make a partition in another way

Default Make a new partition

Right click My Computer and select Manage. On the following screen, select
Disk Management.
