Page won't load
have 3 computers, page loads on two of them using the same software , XP
pro. using the same router and fire wall. the Internet security settings and cookies are set the same on all 3. what happens, I try to load this page. it has the lock on the bottom of the page for security. I go through a process of reaching 3 different pages. When the last page loads it runs Acrobat 6 and all is fine except on the one computer. I get a blank white page and in the upper left hand corner of the page is a small red square a small turquoise "o" and a blue triangle. I ran reg clean and bug doctor but to no avail. Please help.. thanks..Richard |

Page won't load
Try these one at a time in order.
!. Ok, first try setting your Internet Browser security lower (Tools/Internet Options/Security). Make sure you are not running a web-browser security application such as Pop-Up Blocker or Spy-ware/Ad-ware Blockers. Sometimes a bug in these programs will cause severe effects. 2. Make sure you have all your current codecs. 3. Finally, start up your Acrobat program before going into the site. Sometimes the page will try to load without starting Acrobat application. If this is the case, uninstall/remove Acrobat and reinstall; you might have downloaded or installed a corrupted file. |
