Default help

i had two users on my computer and one of the got deleted
by mistake and the other is a limited account and i cant
even access any thing i cant add a new user because the
only user on is limited i cant even download a program

Hi

Reboot your system and when you come the Welcome Screen try pressing =
Ctrl-Alt-Del twice to access the Administrator Account. When you have =
accessed XP again, create a new account for yourself with Administrative =
Privileges.
