Internet Safemode Only

I have the same problem.

My motherboard has an integrated NET card. I tried using msconfig, but that
did not solve my problem. I also tried reloading XP, but that did not solve
it either.

I think our problem is with the registry.

I will watch this site to see if anyone else has some good advice.

But. I am about to pay MS $35 to find out if there is a solution.
