Logon Hours

In the Local Security Policy, it has "Network Security: Force logoff when
logon hours expires."

Does anyone know where to change the setting for logon hours?

In Active Directory Users and Computers mmc.
IOW this feature works when you have Active Directory Installed.
Also, some people have wrong expectation that this feature will disconnect
users who are logged on at their workstations. It will not. It will only
prevent them from using network resources (when log on hours expire).

Hi

You can't use this setting for console logoff.

This forced logoff policy is a policy for SMB server, i.e. the computer
which has a network share accessible from a network. This policy, if
enabled on a server, ends the users session with the server when their
logon hours expire.

Instead, e.g take a look at the program "1st Security Center":

The application in the link below is a lot more limited, but it can
e.g. force a logoff/shutdown at a set time or after a time duration
(but it looks like this is computer based and not user based):
