Default XP Home SP2 - Macromedia Flash problem

Since I uploaded SP2 and subsequent automatic security updates I am having
problems displaying Macromedia Flash files. Has anyone els had this problem?

You must be using IE. Switch to Firefox and download flash player and
everything will go fine.

Thanks for the suggestion - itsonly a matter of time.

Turns out to be a fault on the website I was accessing.
