Default windows xp pro guest account

hey there, the reason I made a guest account so people who uses that account
have limited access to my computer. I log on and tried the guest account, and
I tried dowloading files, running it, and install. The only thing it does is
not let you install, but I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to prevent
people using guest account to download and run a program, because they could
be downlaoding a virus and opening it without know. so the best way is to
prevent them from downloading any files. Can someone please help, thanks.
