Greetings Michael,

I'm afraid not, you'll need to use MSN Messenger for this.

To set up your status when signing in on MSN Messenger, you will need to have
msn 7.0 or later.

As long as you have these, all you need to do is open the main messenger
window before signing in, and find the status bar, change this to the status
you wish to sign in as.

hope that helps

Hi Michael,

No, you do not have to do this everytime you sign in. Before you sign in,
you can set your status to whatever you like. I hope this helps.

Darrell
