The link is: http://messenger.msn.com Same as usual. Don't understand what your confusion is. Gary and Ian: I save the 9140KB download in my 'temp' directory. My confusion is first that I'm accustomed to seeing one of the 3 lights on my modem blink and blink for a 9MB download and it does not happen. Second, the page says I should click on an icon which it shows a picture of, for Setup and I find no such icon. And finally when it says, instantaneously that Setup is complete, I open MSN Messenger, look at HelpAbout, and it still says 7.0.0816 ....... -- William B. Lurie |

Yes it is.
Make sure you met the system requirements (i.e. correct OS), otherwise the installer will abort -- Gary Tsang Microsoft MVP - Windows XP Shell/User http://www.microsoft.com/mvp "Darrell" wrote in message ...
