help!
hello,
When i start my computer and everything loads i go to click on aim, internet explorer, norton antivirus, my computer and so on , i can't acess any of it. My wireless router seems to be working. and my music sharing program seems to be connected. So I restart in safe mode. dont do anything is safe mode. restart and everything works perfecty fine. I really dont think i should have to start, restart in safe mode, then start back up in normal mode to get my computer to work properly. I ran norton anti virus and my spyware software and nothing shows up. This has been like this for a few days now. The only thing i can relate it to is perhaps a "stupid" program i downloaded for smiley faces for aim. I deleted the program but perhaps it changed a configuration or is still on my machine. I can not figure out what is wrong with my computer. Any assistance in this matter would greatly be appreciated. sincerely Angela ps my operating system is windows xp |

Since I don't know what your "spyware software" was (and if it is AOL's program that's useless), go through the following removal steps systematically: http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/...moving_Malware Malke -- MS-MVP Windows User/Shell Elephant Boy Computers www.elephantboycomputers.com "Don't Panic" |
