Default Still shots from video

I understand that I can create still shots from video on my MovieMaker.
However, I do not seem to be able to do so. I followed the instructions in
the help section, but it will not let me choose video, only audio. Any
suggestions? Thank you.

===========================
Drag your video clip to the timeline.

Left click / drag the vertical line (playback
indicator) to the position where you wish to
capture a screenshot.

Left click the "Take Picture" button (just
below your view screen on the bottom right).

The "Save In" screen will open and you can
enter a name and save location for your
screenshot.
