Default windows live messenger

ican not sign in.it says there is an error and failing to initialize. itryed
to uninstall it and install it again and it didn't work.any other
sugestions???

msnmsgr.exe - Application Error

'BIG RED BOX' the application failed ro initialize properly
(0Xc0000005).Click on OK to terminate the application.

Greetings,

Are you using a Sony Vaio or some other Sony product (say a Sony MP3 player)?

If so, go to Add or Remove Programs in the Control Panel and remove the SonicStage Mastering
Studio Audio Filter. If that's not there, try uninstalling any other SonicStage branded
software.

After that, restart and try Messenger again.

Default windows live messenger error 0cx0000005

Thanks for help - I had the same error and removed Mastering Studio Audio
filter
