Default Attachments not arriving to some recipients

Hi there,
Was hoping someone would be able to kindly assist... I have experienced that
when sending attachments (excel, word or pictures), some of the recipients
receive the email but with NO indication of any attachments, while others
receive everything fine.
Do you know if this has something to do with compatibility issues between
various MS products or something else?
I would appreciate any input or assistance regarding this matter.

This problem would depend on the type of mail client and client settings the
receivers are using.
It might help to send them as zip files - they would remain as attachments
that way.

You need more information about those recipients. It does happen that some
mail servers are set to block potentially harmful attachments, and that
includes .doc and .zip files. The only thing you can do about that is to
figure out what they will allow, or instead post the files to a web space
and send links instead.

The first step in finding out what's going on is identifying what E-mail
programs those who get the attachments use, and which program(s) those who
don't use. When you have that information, report back here for more help.

True, and a good catch. Thanks. I was thinking more along the lines of
having hte settings set for inline display.

Also, some ISPs may be stripping attachments or company mail
servers.
