I want to import my emoticons from my old computer's Hard Disk on Win'98.

If you can still boot into Windows 98 and you're using MSN Messenger 7.0 with it, you can use this tool: http://www.baisoft.it/msnbackup_english.asp Otherwise yes you can import them, but it'll require a lot more work.
