Default SIP communications service missing!!!!!!

Hi,

I am not able to see SIP communications service under Options -- Accounts in
my windows messenger.

I upgraded my windows messenger to 5.1 and still the same scenario.

I see only .NET messaging service and Exchange Messaging service but not
SIP.

I am running windows xp professional with SP2.

Any help on this would be useful.

Thanks and Regards,

Philip
