Default nVidia FX5200 and Q-See USB vidio capture card

I have installed an nVidia FX5200 graphics card and I'm trying to install a Q-See TD3104 USB video capture card. However, when try to install the Q-See drivers I'm told that it finds no video card. I'm not sure if I have to install the nVidia WDM video capture device or not, but I'm having trouble installing that as well. I get a code 10, can not start. Does anyone now what my problem is? I am running Windows XP with service Pack 2 on an Acer T100 with a pentium 4 and I meet all the USB device's system requirements except the video card issue.
