Default Movie Maker Import Video

Help! I am trying to import video to my movie maker and only the sound
imports, not the picture. I keep getting the message.....An interface has
too many methods to fire events from. What does this mean and how can I fix
it? I have never made a video and am trying to learn how to do this but I am
not very computer savvy so please help in the simpliest way possible. Thanks!
