Default Printer Carrier Stall on 922 AIO

I have a problem with my 922 AIO stalling. The carrier bangs rather hard in
one direction and then returns to the other side with a bang. Then it shows
an error message 1200. I can find no obstructions and I've re-inserted the
carthidges several times and plugged and unpluged and updated. Please help.

Sounds like the printer has a hardware problem.
The printer has system that keeps track of where the head is, and how fast
it's moving. This is what is not working.
