fax wizard sends wrong page when cover page added

I have XP SP2 with the latest updates.

I am new to using the fax wizard. It did something weird when I added a
cover page.

1. I scanned a document and printed it to the fax printer.
2. The fax wizard appeared.
3. I entered the destination number
4. I skipped adding a cover page
5. I previewed the fax. It looked good, just the document I scanned.
6. I went back a screen to add a cover page
7. I went back to the last screen to preview the fax, my document was
replaced with a weird "nokia.bmp" file. (This file did not even show up
in a file search)
8. I went back a screen to remove the cover page and returned to the
last screen. My original document was back in the preview

So if I add a cover page, the fax wizard always sends this nokia.bmp,
not my document. if I do not add a cover page, the my document is sent.

Any ideas as to what is happening?
