Default Building A New Live Streaming Server Setup

I work for an arts academy in South Florida and we are looking to build a
live streaming service for webcasting our concerts. We are looking to provide
support for up to roughly 5000-10000 concurrent streams at bitrates of
100kbps-500kbps. If anyone has an idea of what kind of hardware (number/type
of servers) that would support this kind of load, please let me know. We have
already acquired an ingest station, now we just need server specific guidance.

I'm talking about unicast, point to point support for thousands of users and
what kind of hardware (CPU/RAM/#of physical Media Servers) is required to do
this.
