Default Transparent Menus

My PC decided to be transparent when I click on a button. Like when I
click on File--everything is transparent. I can barely see what is in
the menu under file. Same with tools, action, favorites, edit, view,
and help. I can not find where to change it from transparency to solid
view. This goes on on all my programs - Word, Outlook Today and so
on. Can some one help me solve this. It is probably simple, but I
need help. I would appreciate your time and help. Thank You.
