Default Opening Internet Explorer

When I open Internet Explorer it opens in a minimizsed window, I always have
to enlarge it does anyone know haow to make it open in a normal large window?

Default Opening Internet Explorer

Right click the shortcut, properties, run box and change the size of the
screen. You can also grab the edges of the Explorer screen with a left
mouse click and draw the edges out to the desired size (do not use the
expand button in the top right corner) and then close the screen while
holding down the ctrl key.
