Default application cannot run in win32 mode

Hi Mark,

I am in great need of your help the following message:

The C:\ application cannot be run in Win32 mode

I have tried using the two commands that you recommended, but it does not
work. I cannot access my C-drive by clicking on the icon.

I am running Windows XP Pro
