Authentication problem
I am having an issue, I have a user that can supposedly authneticate to our domain through his windows xp client but when he tries to browse the network ie map a network drive or a printer they will not show up in the AD. Here is the funny part. If I use
explorer I can see all the domains in my network but I still cannot browse. I looked int he local event log and there is a mess of userenv errors w/ ID 1006 something about invalid credentials....Help please |

Authentication problem
try this from the problem pc. net view \\servername. if you get error 5 this
is permission issue; if error 53, this is name resolution or connectivity issue. -- For more and other information, go to http://www.ChicagoTech.net Don't send e-mail or reply to me except you need consulting services.
