Netscape won't download mail from server any more...
Our Netscape 7.1 e-mail won't download mail messages from the server any
more. I can still send e-mails. When I try to get the messages from the mail server, it connects to the server, logs in, and then nothing happens. Any advice? It's been working fine forever, and this only happened after I did a disk cleanup, and disk optimization, which shouldn't affect any settings. When I set the mail account up on Microsoft Outlook, the messages download without any problem. I can't imagine what would have changed. Should I upgrade to Netscape 7.2? |
