Login Curser position

I have 3 machines and 25 users. running windows XP pro. My
guys have to log in & out all day and the login window has
Three feilds, (1)user name, (2)password, (3)domain. The
domain name and user name are saved. The curser starts in
the second position (password) when it should start in the
first position (username). Can I change the initial curser
position on the login window?
