Default Internet explorer/Mozilla firefox

I have problems opening both of the above. Usually my pc crashes. Am I doing
something wrong?

If both of these applications are crashing I'd really suggest you have someone technical look
at the PC as even remotely scratching something like this on the newsgroup is quite
difficult.
