Default All Programs window shifted to the right

When I click on Start and then from the menu select "all Programs", the window that appears is shifted to the right and I cannot see the programs listed in the third column to the right. How do I move the window to the left to be able to see the contents
in the right most column?

Right click the Start button, select Properties, Customize and check =
Scroll Programs. Alternatively, rearrange your start menu so that there =
are fewer primay folders, and individual items on it.
