Default I can not connect "www.clps.edu.tp.tw"

as the above mentioned, I can not connect in "www.clps.edu.tp.tw" by IE.6.
Only the one website, I don't know how to work out this problem, hope
somebody can help me.

Since I can't connect to it either (Firefox in Linux), either the website is
down or you have the URL wrong. It isn't an IE or Windows issue.
