Default Service Stack Updates?

The latest update (19Dec) mentions a "Service
Stack Update"..........

**********
Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64-based Systems
4470788
Servicing Stack Update
Defense in Depth
Critical
4465664
**********

Is this necessary and should I do this?

If you got December's patch tuesday update KB4471332 that should already
have given you the same SSU KB4470788, the only additional fixes in
KB4483235 say they're for IE and it's one of those voluntary "in-between
patch tuesday" updates ...
